We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to own digital marketing for Flock, the #1 Team Messenger. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing strategy spanning high-performance digital campaigns, affiliate marketing and creation of high-quality content.
What is the Job like?
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for growing our base to millions of users and beyond. Your responsibilities will involve:
Strategizing and executing efficient Online advertising campaigns to get mobile app installs through facebook, google, recommendation apps, app stores and other ad networks
Conceptualizing and designing effective digital ad campaigns for various media
Submission, ranking and promotion of our applications in the iphone, android, mac and chrome app stores
Building and tracking conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer and more
Building and managing our global offline and online affiliate network including implementation of tracking and tooling for the same
Managing product release announcements
Who should apply for these roles?
You have an MBA from a top tier B-school and an engineering degree (preferably in IT)
You have immaculate written and oral communication skills, excellent business acumen, and a penchant for marketing internet products
You have a flair for building creative content and can create outstanding presentations
You have exceptional digital marketing skills and are very well acquainted with Facebook / Linkedin advertising, Display Advertising, Video advertising, SEM including advanced concepts concerning remarketing, custom audiences, multi-variate testing, RTB etc
You have led the digital marketing function at an Internet company, or been in a senior role at a media company and have built and executed major campaigns from the ground up
You understand web technologies in depth (Cookies, HTML, JavaScript, A/B testing, etc.) and preferably have had some coding experience
You hold relevant certifications in digital marketing (preferred)
You are highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly can
You are very hands on (can execute and manage campaigns)
You are passionate about building a brand in the consumer web space
