Flo Mattress - Head - Operations

As the head of operations you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing fulfilment, procurement and support teams

- Identifying and targeting areas in which the business can reduce costs and increase efficiencies

- Overseeing employee productivity

- Ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained, the warehouse is working at optimal efficiency, all shipments are dispatched on time and customer experience is excellent

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree/PG preferred

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Prior experience as director or operations manager

- Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions

- Solid references
