Position: Vice President- Operations, Large Vertical

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: CXO, Large Vertical

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Vice President- Operations will oversee the execution of large-scale projects within Flipspaces' Large Vertical, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned operations leader with a deep understanding of the construction and real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the operations team in planning, executing, and closing projects

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation

- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges

- Utilize technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency

- Collaborate with the strategy team to align operational initiatives with long-term growth objectives

Qualifications:

- MBA/Engineering or equivalent degree from top-tier institutions (e.g., IIMs, ISB, IITs, NITs and top-tier institutions)

- 12-15 years of experience in operations management, particularly in real estate or construction

- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects

- Strong leadership, project management, and risk management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
