This is an high ownership driven role which would also give you an opportunity to come up with fresh ideas and thus impact the revenue of the company in a significant manner Job Description : Business Development Manager - Generate and convert institutional clients - Network and build relationship with real estate agents, builders and other associates - Identify corporate and startups within launch cities and connecting with key stakeholders - Development and execution of marketing activities in the assigned market - Engagement with prospective leads/clients for the complete project life cycle - Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of lead generation activities. - Tracking and report generation of end to end sales and marketing activities with development of the sales funnel - Contribution to revenue targets per month in terms of periodic collections for ongoing projects
