Profile Description :

- The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for managing all procurement activities across various categories related to interior design and build. This role is also responsible for Supply chain and operations for the store distribution business, ensuring inventory availability, efficient and timely delivery of products.

- This role will manage the international supply chain managing sources from China, Vietnam, India and other countries to cater demand for India and USA Operations

- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in supply chain management.

What you will be doing :

Procurement Management :

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for various categories within the interior design and build sector.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.

- Ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Monitor market trends and conditions to anticipate supply chain challenges and opportunities.

- Collaborate with design and project teams to understand material and product requirements.

Store Distribution Management :

- Oversee the store distribution operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of goods.

- Implement best practices for warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.

- Develop and maintain distribution networks to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the distribution centers.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Financial Management :

- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Necessary Qualifications :

- B.E/ MBA from Premier institutes with minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in procurement and distribution within the interior design and build industry.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficient in supply chain software and technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
