Profile Description:

The Role needs a highly entrepreneurial individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing and Lead Generation who can help sharpen and scale an unprecedented business model in technology enabled real estate through astute business development and marketing skills. This is an all encompassing role comprising spearheading the offline as well online lead generation channels for the business while experimenting and opening newer avenues for growth. This leadership role needs the candidate to handle a widespread team of Business Development and Marketing individuals spread across India and US and engage with real estate stake-holders in order to achieve top line objectives.

What you will be doing:

Online Marketing:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Offline Lead Generation:

- Strategizing and managing business lead generation through digital marketing and other offline lead generation activities like real estate channel partner development, builder connects and affiliate networks

- Conduct cold-calling and data-mining to identify potential leads.

- Tracking and managing MIS of the leads generated from multiple channels

- Ensuring effective coordination between lead generation and Business development teams so that final business development objectives are met

- Develop channels to market the township project to various stakeholders.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Sales Enablement:

- Ideate and draft content for marketing collaterals such as campaign content, brochures, etc

- Support PR team in drafting articles for publishing in the media, drafting press releases, press announcements, etc

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

PR and Brand Development:

- Proactively planning, developing and implementing PR and Branding initiatives with team

- Engaging with key stake-holders in the real-estate in order to create brand equity.

- Carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

- Develop a process for collating customer feedback and market intelligence related to the domain

- Work with Corporate Branding for marketing and branding initiatives for the projects.

- Ensure effective and profitable execution of all marketing activities in line with the corporate objectives.

Necessary Qualifications:

- Exposure to the US market will be preferred.

- Minimum 6 years of experience with exposure in Digital Marketing, offline and online lead generation and leading a team.

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and an eye for detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

- Experience handling online and offline lead generation campaigns for enterprise B2B audiences preferred

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.-

- Great research and organizational skills

- Overall friendly attitude, knows how to work hard and party hard
