Flipspaces - Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Founder's Office

- Strategic planning and SOP Creation: There will be various initiatives coming from the Founder/s which will need to be fleshed out into a Statement of Purpose. This will then be followed by creating a Plan and SOP around it. This planning and SOP creation may require research across the internet or within the organization. This might also require close shadowing of internal processes in order to identify strengths and challenges. The person will be interacting with senior leadership and high stakes professionals so excellent planning and presentation skills are required.

- Communication skill Written and Oral: Excellent Communication skill is required in English and Hindi since most interaction will be with high value stake holders where communication will play a very important role. A lot of times the person in question will be shadow writing on behalf of the Founder for e-mails, media briefs etc.

- BD and Key Account Management: A lot of business and key relationships come from Founder, Investor and Leadership Associate connect. Hence it is expected of the individual to be extremely well versed with establishing and cultivating relationships. It is also critical for this role to be conversant with answering queries coming from investors related to MIS and business performance.

- Time and Productivity Management: Founder/s has a schedule spread across various functions. It is critical for self and organizational productivity that this time be used in the most optimal manner and for high impact decisions and interactions. Time, productivity management, reduction of redundant tasks for Founders will be expected in this role.

- Excel sheet management, financial skills: Ability to navigate excel sheets, drive data analytics, read basic financial statements, draft and review financial plans is a must for this role.
