Strategic Leadership & Execution:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on business

strategy, operational efficiencies, and industry trends.

- Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals.

- Collaborate with department heads (Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

- Oversee key projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Operational & Organizational Efficiency:

- Enhance operational processes, optimizing cross-functional collaboration and communication.

- Identify and implement best practices in project management, resource allocation, and team performance.

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Develop and track KPIs to measure organizational success and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement

- Support high-level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic alignment.

- Assist in business development initiatives, leveraging industry expertise to drive growth and partnerships.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

People & Culture Development:

- Work with HR to cultivate a high-performance culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

- Lead leadership development programs and succession planning strategies.

- Drive internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, or leadership roles within the interior design, architecture, or real estate industries.

- Proven track record in business strategy, project management, and organizational leadership.

- Exceptional ability to manage complex projects, streamline operations, and foster collaboration.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration from a a Tier 1 institution.
