Job Responsibilities:
- Playing an integral role in acquiring new schools and holding responsibility for their effective on-boarding.
- Responsible for improving customer service standards and increasing product usage by the schools.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling and managing key account managers in his region
- Focusing on growing and developing existing client schools along with generating new business across his region
- Promoting Fliplearn offerings like digital content, online book sales and fee payment.
- Ensuring higher level of engagement by teachers and schools by nurturing the relationships and going the extra mile to foster an environment that values clients.
- Organizing events and seminars to promote the product and coordinate with the clients.
Credentials:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Concept/Solution selling.
- Team handling experience
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Should have a strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit with passion for education
