Manager CE
Overview of the Role:
The incumbent of this role will be responsible for the CE in his / her zone. All new joinees knowledge transfer and new process launch for existing employees will be the responsibility of this role. All new process downloads must be completed before the launch date. It will require more of tactical decision making.The aim is to ensure that this role ensures that all CE initiatives are rolled out and implementation is done . Additionally data collation and capturing the outcome/impact of all projects/ initiatives is also to be done.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate
TTT/ISTC certification
Should have team handling experience
Should have exp for 7+ years
Knowledge & Skills :
Knowledge of Customer excellence, market knowledge of customer centric orgs, Adult learning principles, Training tools
Data interpretation, ROI on projects,cost Analysis and allocation
Skills:
Managing Vendors
Team Handling skills
Problem solving kills - working in challenging environment
Grooming AM/Ex/SrEx from ILT programs to other modes of training
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and drive for a fast-paced environment.
