Role: Talent Acquisition Partner Duties and responsibilities - End to end non-tech lateral recruitment. - Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool. - Work closely with TA Manager in terms of designing of new process &amp; creating a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder &amp; candidate experience. - Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark. - Independently own and deliver on sourcing strategy including search, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement, processes, pre and post onboarding experience etc. - Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning - Ensuring that all employees hired as per the defined SOP by the Organisation. Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. Master's Degree holders will be preferred. Skill and Knowledge Required - Minimum experience of 4+ years in Talent Acquisition preferably in non-tech lateral hiring for a large corporate with excellent search and screening skills using various modes e.g job boards, social media, professional networking, employee referral etc. - Preference will be given to candidates with non-tech lateral recruitment. Competencies: Behaviours, Attitude, Knowledge, and Skill desired for the role. - Comprehension and Analytical Skills - Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into Recruiting efforts - High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables - Internet/Retail industry understandings. - Understanding the dynamics of lateral hiring. - Customer Orientation and Focus - Good Business Presentation Skills - Strong communication, interpersonal skills - ability to drive consensus in decision-making, especially in conflicting situations. - Flexibility and Adaptability - Situation Handling and Crisis Management Capability - Tactfulness - Time Management Capability - Positive Attitude and Assertiveness - Emotionally Intelligent Salary Offered : 7-12 LPA
