Looking for a tech-savvy seasoned and aspiring Talent Acquisition professional with strong tech leadership recruiting and business partnering skill at a large technology Internet or Product Based Company
What you will be doing
- End to End recruitment for Tech leadership (Directors/Senior Directors/VPs) for Engineering and Product Management team.
- Analysing recruiting process and workflows, defining and driving changes where appropriate.
- Working with other cross-functional partners and specialists to define and produce relevant business-focused reporting and analysis
What you should have
Minimum 13-16 yrs of experience in Tech recruitment with at least 8-10 years exclusively in Leadership hiring.
Skills:
- Extraordinary talent mapping and executive Search skills using all available tech and non-tech platforms
- Excellent regional and global level understanding of tech talent landscape
- Ability to influence stakeholders with the help of valuable and influencing inputs around talent landscape, talent analytics
- Coordination, planning & execution
- Ability to come up with out of the box hiring approach & practices
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Eye for detail.
- Creative problem-solving ability
