1. Translate customer needs into problem statements with a long terms lens (building long-term sustainable structural capabilities with a 6 months to 3 year view)
2. Manage multiple initiatives
3. Understand the as-is business processes and diagnose issues
4. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze these business processes and workflows.
5. Sharply define areas of improvement in these work processes.
6. Arrive at actionable insights
7. Conduct pilots to prove the POC and work with cross functional teams to create capabilities to implement structural solutions
8. Documentation of process and workflows (highlighting execution plan, risks, input, output and success metrics)
9. Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
Support the Domain experts to ensure process changes are documented & understood by all relevant stakeholders and executed through, to completion
10. Continuously challenge the existing operations and processes with a view to improve operating and service performance and promote cost effectiveness and increased profitability
