Hiring for Senior Manager - Flipkart - Bangalore

- Lead the end-to-end Large & Furniture Infrastructure and Automation Charter across India.

- Oversee space planning for PAN India, including flexible site requirements and operations, as well as onboarding 3PL partners.

- Collaborate with ground operations and planning teams to optimize fixed costs.

- Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing new warehouse launches, expansions, relocations, and reconfigurations.

- Ensure all warehouse setup projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, IT, facilities, and logistics, to ensure seamless warehouse setups.

- Lead automation and material handling equipment (MHE) project execution.

- Develop and implement SOPs for efficient and structured resolution of operational issues.

- Formulate strategies to make Flipkart's customer experience a key differentiating factor among competitors.

- Partner with zonal operations and cross-functional teams to identify areas of operational improvement and implement best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive solutions from business capability, operations, technology, and process perspectives.

- Communicate product and process needs and work with product/tech teams to ensure ongoing delivery.

- Hire and build a motivated, dynamic team to consistently drive metrics for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
