Flipkart - Senior Manager - FC Operations

What you'll need:

- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives

- Excellent process excellence skills

- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Ability to be creative and drive innovation in operations

- Graduate (preferred - candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)

- 8+-20+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Warehousing/Logistics Operations

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge on Transport Management solutions (preferred but not mandatory)

What you'll do:

- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems

- Liaise with Procurement/Design Team and prepare SOW (Scope of Work) for new DCs Coordinate with various stakeholder

- Prepare MH performance management scorecards

- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews of performance with all ZM's

- Drive performance of all sites with sharp focus on Reliability

- Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency

Mandatory Skills :

- Supply Chain Concepts, Project Management, Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management, Assertiveness and Logical Reasoning & Logical Approach for Problem Solving Skills

- Desirable Skills : E-Commerce Supply Chain Knowledge, Certifications in Excel Tools, Yellow / Green Belt Certified.
