Responsibilities :
1. Category Marketing and experience
- Own home page performance metrics
- Own creation and execution of monthly events calendar
- Build robust traffic allocation framework to ensure overall and category wise targets are achieved
- Be the bridge between sell team and marketing team for all inputs to marketing on categories, offers, products to be used in acquisition and retention comms
2. Planning
- Create monthly and quarterly plans in collaboration with marketing, FK category teams and Shopsy buy team
- Track all input and output metrics and identify gaps against plan, create and own roadmap to fill the gaps
3. Collaborating for product interventions
- Identify and size opportunities for product interventions based on consumer behavior on platform and market and competitor intelligence
- Write detailed BRDs and work with product team to detail out the requirements
- Measure impact and work with product on iterations/ modifications when required
- Work across discovery (search, merch, reco), pricing, promotions and catalogue interventions
4. Analytics
- Own and manage all analytics and reporting centrally for the sell function
5. People Management
- Build and manage a strong and highly motivated team
