Flipkart - Senior Business Analyst

Supply Chain

- Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from demand and supply side

- Understand demand trends and work on forecasts basis trends and demand plans

- Create the detailed allocation plan and share the same for supply / capacity and ops planning

- Bring consensus and agreement to finalize planning numbers with all stakeholders

- Closely monitor key metrics of Supply Chain with internal and external stakeholders

- Own areas of improvement as part of S&OP team and recommend changes

Analytics :

- Ability to analyse large data and convert into simple presentable forms

- Proficient in MS-Excel, SAS.

- Produce trends and charts on weekly, monthly basis

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Education background - Graduate, MBA preferable

- 1-4 years of work experience, 1.5+ years in Analytics role, preferably market facing analytics

- Statistical modelling experience

- Knowledge of Supply Chain and planning functions would be advantage
