About Flipkart Wholesale :

Flipkart Wholesale is the Ecommerce Platform wherein Retailers - Kirana stores-Small to Medium size stores could buy products across different product categories such as Grocery, Fashion etc. The orders would be fulfilled through Flipkart Supply chain network. This organization is part of the Flipkart Group.

2. About the team :

This role will be part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team for FKW (Flipkart Wholesale). Operations team owns the Cost-effective and Reliable delivery of Supply chain objectives. The team builds up the Operations & Infra capabilities through internal business partners such as Finance, Infra Project, Design etc.

4. About the role :

The role will be responsible for Managing the Infra expansion & Build the Operations capability for Fulfillment Centers for wholesale operations of Fk. The person would be coordinating with stakeholders for delivering the Infra sites on time. Program manage the projects initiated for Supply chain Operations objectives.

4.1. What you'll do :

- Coordination with Planning, Design, Projects, Finance for the successful execution of Fulfillment centres infra and operations scale-up projects.

- Strategizing the multi cities future expansion plan for Flipkart Wholesale Warehouses

- Understand the Licensing and Safety compliance requirements for warehouse operations. Ensuring the warehouses are compliant with all legal requirements.

- Drive the Operational performance of Warehouses centrally, continuously improve them by solving the constraints through effective Root cause analysis and Plan of action.

- End-to-End Ownership of commissioning of 3PL vendors operated warehouses as per our Business requirements.

- Identify improvement opportunities with respect to process and infrastructure for existing sites.

- Make business proposals for sustainable and cost effective initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business Process Innovation.

- Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the warehouses.

4.2 What you'll need :

- Ownership & ability to deliver the goals as per defined timelines

- Ability to analyse the data and comprehensively define the problem and solutions

- Able to express and articulate the ideas in a clear and concise way

- Able to get the objectives delivered from peers & stakeholders even when there is no authority over them through interpersonal communication and relationship.
