What you'll need:

- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives.

- Spot-on Execution of E2E Matrices and Projects for the allocated area.

- Problem Solve for immediate and long-term problems on the ground.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Ability to be creative and drive innovation in operations.

- Graduate (preferred - candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes).

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Last Mile/Logistics Operations with focus on Last Mile/Middle Mile Management.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Leadership and Team Management skills.

What you'll do:

- Ensure end to end smooth running of logistics operations for the region i.e, by adhering and enforcing all operational procedures and policies and conducting timely audits.

- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them when solving business problems.

- Spearhead expansion and growth planned for the region, with effective use of technology and innovative ideas.

- Prepare LM performance management scorecards.

- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews of performance with the Zonal Manager.

- Drive performance of all sites with sharp focus on Reliability, Cost and Speed.

- Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency.

- Team Management.
