Responsibilities:
- You will identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects that will make significant impact to the company and eCommerce in India.
- You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design/define, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of business
- Influence product roadmap for website and mobile through high quality digital analytical insights and recommendations
- Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via system interventions designed based on data driven insights
You will be responsible for modeling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods
- As a manager, you guide the way for our analysts
Skills And Capabilities:
- Excellent analytical abilities: Data driven and understanding of key analytical techniques
- Hands on: Web analytics tools (Omniture, MixPanel, GA, Flurry, MixPanel etc), R, SAS, SQL and Excel
- Experience of quantifying impact of product features for sales conversion improvement, A/B testing, attribution modeling, campaign analysis etc.
- Champion of user behavior understanding on digital platforms (website, mobile applications etc.)
- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts
- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner
Preferred:
- Exposure to Big Data platforms and tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig etc).
- Candidate having experience of Statistical modeling experience in techiniques like regression, clustering, segmentation, time series
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6+ years of total hands on experience in analytics with 2+ years in people management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline
MBA (preferred)
