1. About Flipkart Wholesale :

Flipkart Wholesale is the Ecommerce Platform wherein Retailers & Kirana stores-Small to Medium sizes can buy products across different product categories such as Grocery, Fashion etc. The orders would be fulfilled through Flipkart Supply chain network. Flipkart wholesale is the business unit of Flipkart group

2. About the team :

This role will be part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team for FKW (Flipkart Wholesale). Operations team owns the Cost-effective and Reliable delivery of Supply chain objectives. The team builds up the Operations & Infra capabilities through internal business partners such as Finance, Infra Project, Design etc

Manager II (Grade 10) - Flipkart Wholesale - Control Tower

Flipkart Embassy Tech Village office - Bangalore

4. About the role : This Role is primarily for managing entire control tower operations for Flipkart wholesale. Role requires a deep understanding of the E-commerce supply chain and People skills. It will be Challenging, Demanding and will also give rare opportunity to work in startup environment in a well-established company

4.1. What you'll do :

- E2E Reporting Ownership for Key metrics related to fashion and Grocery Business of Flipkart Wholesale

- Coordination across Various leg of Supply Chain to highlight and solve key issues facing operations

- Coordination with Tech /Product team to solve day to day tech issues

- Managing a team of 2-3 Leads and guiding them

- Coordination across key stakeholders such as Planning, Design and working closely with them to ensure operational effectiveness

- Analyzing large scale operational data and driving meaningful insights from the same for operational improvement

- Deep understanding of supply chain and e-commerce processes.

- Critical thinking to evaluate process failures and drive RCA process with rigour

- Ownership of key customer facing metrics such as Speed, Breach and CX

4.2 What you'll need :

- B.E. + MBA in Supply chain and Operations Preferred

- 3-8 years of work experience in Operations/Logistics

- Sound knowledge of logistics Operations

- Excellent data analytics skills

- Sound Knowledge of SQL and Database Query Tools
