Manager - Capacity Design - First Mile  Duties and Responsibilities :  - Responsible for Capacity Planning of Vans, People and Space on an on-going basis  - Driving closure of new site delivery through follow up between F&I and other stakeholders  - Project Management of New Sites to ensure all requirements are met for running smooth Operations  - Heading the Delivery of Service Management Team for payment of Utility Bills and other related Tasks  - Driving the Data Management of Projections from Supply Planning Team  - Ownership of Inferences and Actionable items arising out of variations between Projections and Actions  - Follow-up with the Talent Acquisition for hiring & On-boarding new team members, basis the AOP numbers  Qualification :  - Engineering Background is mandatory.  - MBA background is preferred.  - 7-8 years of Experience is mandatory.  Other Requirements :  - Analytical Orientation and Problem Solving skills  - Proficiency in Excel and Modelling  - Experience in Project Management
