Role :
- Managing Volume workforce - Onroll and Contractual
- Maintaining HR Hygiene - Attendance Management, Biometric , ID Card , ESIC, Background verification, Attrition control, Payroll Process
- Drive Employee engagement, leadership connect initiatives across warehouse /hubs
- Focus on employee welfare and safety concerns
- Drive people projects & talent management initiatives .
- Stakeholder Management
- Keep updated about market and implement competitive advantages
- Interact with external agencies , manpower vendors
- Drive Talent Acquisition and ensure availability of resources
- Keep a sharp connect on ground and address employee grievances , possible IR Challenges etc .
- Handle any IR issues if any .
- Partnering with Business towards overall improvement in business and people
- Identify Training Needs and design training interventions
- Drive Change Management and Performance Development Management
- Drive Organization Values and Culture
Skills & Competencies Required :
- Strong knowledge on excel
- Strong Knowledge on Statutory Compliance
- Willingness to travel
- Individual who have been employed in manufacturing / telecom / e-comm/retail industries will be preferred.
- Strong design thinking approach
