Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Develop strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees.

- Competency Mapping: Conduct mapping exercises to align skills with roles.
- Succession Planning: Implement strategies to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and manage the recruitment process.
- This role will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Exposure in Factory setup.
- Strong hold on IR issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on the specified areas.
- Strong communication.
