Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational strategies

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, learning, and development initiatives

- Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture

- Oversee performance appraisals, rewards, and employee relations

- Leverage HR metrics to provide strategic workforce insights

Qualifications:

- PG/MBA in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

- 1+ years HR experience with 2+ years as an HRBP

- Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management
