Job description - Manager, growth - BGM & Home
Role Summary:
Own BGM & Home horizontal growth initiatives by ideating with categories, creating business cases and working with all stakeholders to drive end to end action and results. Ensure growth charters relevant for each category are rigorously project managed
- Identify key actionables for top growth opportunities for the business, relevant at a horizontal level
- Own key growth metrics for customers- acquisition, retention and engagement
- Liaison and brainstorm with categories to identify key actionables for growth levers
- Act as the single point of contact with key stakeholders and ensure OKRs relevant to BGMH are picked up ; Convince all stakeholders on importance of horizontal asks
- Dynamically work with other BU counterparts to identify top projects being run/ picked up by product team
- Work with the product team on solutioning/ category inputs etc.
- Clear roadblocks between category, product and other stakeholders to ensure project completion
Closely work with product team to identify low hanging fruits, solves being deployed and how they can be leveraged for BGMH
Desired Background:
- MBA with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in a retail/online companies is a must
- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to business relevant actionable insights
- Ability to put together a comprehensive plan and liaison with multiple stakeholders to make it actionable
- Good project management capabilities and ability to multitask across multiple projects
- Strong prioritization capabilities
- Ability to lead and drive agenda with cross functional teams
- Planning comprehensive roadmaps to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- from Tier 1/2 B-School is preferred
