Flipkart - Director - Accounts Receivable - CA

You are responsible for:

- Lead the Revenue and AR function of Flipkart Group entities (Includes Myntra)

- Lead the implementation of finance transformation program that deliver process improvements, process redesign and standardisation, automation, improves process efficiency and reduces cost.

- Manage a team of 160 plus finance professionals providing coaching mentoring and performance feedback

- Build and monitor a governance model for strong financial and operational controls, SLA's and quality of deliverables.

- Monitor and continuously analyse and assess AR related balance sheet components, identify trends, risks and opportunities

- Run day to day AR and revenue operations ensuring adherence to controls, compliance and polices.

- Managing Key Stakeholders, resolve conflicts ensuing communication channels are effective

You should have:

- Experienced Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years

- Preferred in the industry of e-commerce,

- Operational and Transformation experience,

- Strong and effective communication

- Needs to be a people manager in the current role - Managed around 30 to 200 employees

- Managed operations/Process transformation/ Process architecture

- Has an advanced finance skillset: Analytic/technology etc. along with an accounting

- Added advantage if worked in a Big four Audit firm during articleship

- Have business finance and controllership experience.
