Role:
- You lead the analytics engagement with the business stakeholders and mentor junior Analysts.
- You will be analytics in-charge/face of analytics and work as a partner to senior business leaders, process owners to identify, develop and drive key analytics projects relevant to the business.
- You co-define, develop and co-own key business metrics and share business trends with reasoning with management teams.
- You exhibit deep data insights, as well as business model understanding, to create reporting and dashboards for business that un-earth issues/ trend not easily spotted by business teams.
- You execute quantitative analysis that translates data from multiple systems into actionable insights.
- You drive data driven decision making culture across business partner teams.
Must Haves:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- You have 6+ Years of experience in relevant role and 2 years or more in a Lead Analyst role.
- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
- Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS, etc.)
- Good exposure to SQL, Excel and other BI tools (Cognos, BO, Pentaho, Qlikview, etc)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in Retail and/or e-Commerce industry
- Experience in mentoring and guiding analysts
- Exposure to scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)
