Flipkart - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management

- Evaluate business requirement and ramp up of supply chain across new cities

- Provide consistent experience to customer through various fulfillment models (FBF/NFBF/FBFLite/AlphaLite etc)

- New vertical launches/migration between small and large supply chain for maximization of business benefits

- Co-own customer experience metrics and provide insights into gaps/opportunities

- Identify opportunities for optimizing cost and improving margins

- Benchmarking with industry best practices

- This role is for the Large Appliances category which is growing at a significant pace.

- The role pans across various super categories each having different supply chain requirements and hence provides a good platform to learn and grow.
