Flipkart - Assistant Manager - Control Tower

About the role:

1. This is fairly cross-functional role, entailing collaborating Internally with multiple SCM Teams

2. Ideal candidate will be able to understand business & stakeholder requirements, define solutions to problems using data analysis, and represent business impacts in the form of reports

3. Candidate will develop a deep understanding of the supply chain operations and the entities that affect SCM. A knack for problem solving will come in handy to grow in this role.

4. Candidate will be required to manage multiple moving parts across various teams, and must be comfortable in working with large data sets to drive decision making

Qualification & Experience:

5. Proficiency in Excel, SQL & (R/Python) would be extremely helpful in this role, Experience with visualization tools will be a plus

6. 2+ year of relevant experience with e-commerce, product management, or consulting

7. Strong analytical skills and process orientation, with strong attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions
