AM: ADM (Central operations - CB & CBM)

Responsibilities :

1. Manage day to day operations of a last mile and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets in outsourcing network.

2. Manage a team of 5+ executives to ensure smooth operations

3. Drive improvements in performance across vendors in last mile operations

4. Co-ordinate with design team & zones to deploy SOP's at ground operations

5. Responsible to drive operational metrices

6. Will be responsible in preparing key operations metrics in weekly huddle

Skills required :

1. 8+ years of experience in scale operations

2. People management responsibility - Should have managed atleast 5 direct reports

3. Demonstrate operational excellence and high level of energy and drive

4. Good skills in using MS EXCEL. Should be proficient in vlookups, pivot tables, basic logical & arithmetic functions, indexing.

5. Prepare dashboard reports

6. Advanced MS EXCEL skills will be a plus

7. Problem solving skills

8. Stakeholder management

9. Communication skills
