Currently, we are looking for Managers for our B2B - Educational institutions business:  - B2B (Educational Institutions) : In this role, you will have a P&L target, for the Educational Institutions vertical.   This covers :  - Sales of FLIP's programs, to graduate (Bcom, BE, BBM) and MBA colleges, pan-India.  - Spotting opportunities, pushing recruiter recommendations, structuring solutions & pricing models appropriate to each institution.  - Working on various business development opportunities such as tie ups with finance clubs, talks, placement prep, connecting certified candidates to recruiters.  You will be responsible for both revenues and direct expenses. As the business grows, so will your income, responsibilities and team size. It's a tremendous learning opportunity.  Who you are :  A start-up is both difficult and exciting! FLIP's broken barriers and built a great reputation. Still, the model is new in India and needs persistence, energy and a long term (3-5 year) view. You'll need 3-5 years of sales experience post MBA, achieving revenue targets, PLUS  - High intelligence, with creativity in thought  - Hunger to achieve - persistent, don't give up easily.  - Comfort with, or a willingness to learn about the BFS space  What's in it for you :  This is a start-up, entrepreneurial role, with an opportunity for wealth creation.
