Flexsin - Social Media Manager

Flexsin Digital is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and mentor our social media team, focusing on branding, strategy, and impactful social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of social media marketing, branding, and brand guidelines, with proven expertise in guiding and training a team.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing social media strategies that align with client goals and ensure consistency across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Training and Mentorship:

- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the social media team on social media marketing best practices, client communication, and effective project management.

- Guide team members in developing their skills for handling diverse social media platforms and branding initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Calendar Management:

- Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies for existing clients, including creating and managing editorial calendars for consistent content flow.

- Ensure that all strategies are clearly communicated to the team for effective implementation.

Collaboration and Oversight:

- Work closely with the social media marketing and influencer marketing teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned content and initiatives.

- Hands-on Experience in Social Media Marketing and Branding:

- Leverage extensive experience in social media marketing to shape brand identity and maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all social platforms.

- Ensure that all content and campaigns align with brand objectives, creating consistent, impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
