The role in a gist:

What you will work on:
- P&L Responsibility for the business line
- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
- Develop new corporate tie-ups Pan India and onboard channel partners to source merchants
- Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business from them
- Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients
- Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates
The ideal candidate:
- Very strong communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Go Getter Attitude
- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
- Extremely Passionate about Sales and Business Development
- Ability to take deals to successful closure
- Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
- Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips
Qualification and Experience:
- Experience in a corporate setup
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
- Have experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model
- 8+ years of experience in building and nurturing mega-alliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI.
