What you will work on:

- Overseeing and reviewing the work of a team of 3-5 people engaged primarily in analysis of performance of the company vs planned targets

- Managing reporting of Key KPIs to founders and senior management and providing ensuing decision support

- Representing the company in front of Lenders, Investors, Auditors, RBI and others, resolving their queries and providing insights on company growth

- Working on driving overall company efficiency and profitability - Identifying revenue leakages and guiding stakeholders on how to optimize their costs

- Preparing and analyzing segment wise Unit Economics and guiding business heads on how to achieve better ROAs

The ideal candidate:

- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines.

Qualification and Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with good background of NBFC Sector

- 3+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

- Highly Proficient in MS Excel Skills

- Proficiency in driving AI and Automation

- Has good knowledge of applicability of Ind-AS in NBFCs
