Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities :
- Own End to End Talent acquisition and meet organization hiring needs
- Design and implement an effective hiring process, which is transparent and inclusive
- Engage with organization leadership, including CEO in decisioning of manpower requirements
- Use methods, strategies and tools to ensure timely and quality hiring of resources
- Lead the recruitment team and attract a strong, diverse pool of candidates
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Source and recruit candidates(without relying on job boards) by using various sources, like -Social Media Networks, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow etc.
Skills :- Proven work experience as a Talent acquisition lead (IT Recruitment) for minimum 3 to 4 years
- Ability to do forecasting, budgeting, research work for requirement planning.
- Capable of executing, reviewing, revitalizing the recruitment process.
- Experience in managing recruitment team (min of 3 to 5 recruiters)
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
