About the Team & Role:

- Our team of 50+ people spans 7+ countries, with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, and more.

- As Global Operations Manager (Supply, Logistics and Warehouse) at Fleek, you will play a key role in managing the entire Supply, Logistics and Warehouse operation process-from Vendor Management, quality control (QC) to timely order dispatch.

- You'll work closely with our global fulfillment team, and manage hold and RTV orders.

What You'll do?

- Manage relationships with stakeholders including platform suppliers and 3PLs

- Oversee QC processes and ensure team performance

- Ensure timely order fulfillment from suppliers to the warehouse

- Manage and grow operations team at pan India level.

Who are you?

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and vendor management or a similar field (retail or e-commerce preferred).

- Solid business acumen to understand how operations impact overall business success.

- Good Team Management experience and ability to positively motivate team members.
