As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the Finance & Accounting domain.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Finance & Accounting outsourcing services. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our outsourcing services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
5. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management on a regular basis.
8. Stay up-to-date with trends, market developments, and other regulatory changes related to Finance & Accounting.
9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on selling outsourcing services (prior experience of selling Finance & Accounting service will be a big plus)
3. Extensive knowledge of Finance & Accounting services and a deep understanding of the this market in the United States.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing large, multi-year deals.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
9. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
