SUMMARY :
- Flatworld Solutions is seeking an analytical, strategic and experienced professional to lead and execute our B2B marketing strategy for IT and ITES business verticals.

- You will report to the Leadership Team / CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that result in exceptional outcomes for the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify/Develop/Execute marketing strategies, compelling campaigns and partnerships to accelerate lead generation, revenue growth, drive traffic to our websites, increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition and nurture our existing database of leads
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to lead generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
- Provide direction for strategic decision making by analysing each Demand Gen channel, identifying and understanding changes that drop/increase quality and quantity within each funnel
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to efficiently execute day-to-day objectives in line with high-level business goals
- Responsible for lead generation using social media channels - SEO, SEM, Linkedin, Content Marketing, ABM, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Work effectively with the team to create a strong content marketing strategy and thought leadership plan
- Engage with external agencies effectively on SEO and Content Marketing to promote visibility amongst prospect customers
- Constantly track marketing KPI's, prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the executive team based on annual marketing objectives that demonstrate contribution to new and add-on revenue goals
- Focus on building Flatworld brand awareness through the social media pages both to enable increase in the business queries and attracting talent.
- Responsible to evaluate the success of marketing programs and seek ways to improve returns promptly.

- Ability to dig into data - analyze performance metrics for different marketing campaigns
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT & ITES, with B2B marketing for BPO or IT services
- 5+ years of experience in working directly with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
