EHS Global VP

- Meets with Executive Management Team as part of Senior Management Team

- Project and process management for Global Team

- Assists with OKR/CFR process - runs EHS Global EFS Meetings

- EFS is our EPIC Focus and Solution meeting where we focus on process improvement and project management with scorecards and accountability tracking

- Reporting on FOVIS for Global Team

- FOVIS is our dashboard on company, patient, and staff performance

- EHS Global team oversight, leadership, and management

- Oversee Tech Manager

- Oversee CC Manager (leadership and management of care coordination team, customer service, clinical/practitioner support)

- Oversee Finance manager (Accounting and Billing work)

- Oversee Marketing manager (strategy/plan, team oversight, outcomes tracking)

- Oversee HR manager (Recruitment, hiring, talent management, performance reviews, payroll/benefits management)

Requirement:

Looking for someone with a business management degree and several years of experience leading and managing individuals and teams. The person needs to be able to communicate well and must feel is part of EHS (the culture and company). It would be great if they had experience in the healthcare sector but not mandatory.
