- Managing the weekend releases, production upgrades single handed with efficiency.

- Instrumental in setting up FIX client on-boarding process

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, traders, business, developers, QA and middle office stakeholders for gathering requirements for complex projects and executing it independently with zero escalations and errors. E.g.: Omnesys, MIFID II, Algo, Drop-Copy, NOE (Notice of Executions) flow via Bloomberg Reverse Staging, etc.

- Planning and executing Low Latency and Load balancing FIX projects to enhance the performance of the system.

- Manage Support, QA and Production releases for IOI (Indication of Interest) and TA (Trade Adverts) components.

- On Boarding FIX Clients for Electronic Trading in Asian, European and US markets for Equities DMA, DSA, Program (Portfolio), Cash, Allocations, Confirmations and external broker flow.

- Representative for the mock tests, market rehearsals and BCPs laid down by the exchanges over the weekend.

- Perform daily application checks and actively monitor critical processes and system servers through ITRS monitoring tool and contribute valuable inputs, troubleshooting results during incidents, outages, issues.

- Maintaining QA, UAT and PROD environments.

- Rich understanding of FIX protocol versions - 4.0, 4.2, 4.4, SDLC models like Waterfall, Agile scrum and STLC - Trading life cycle

- Crucial role in migration of clients third party outsourced licensed products OMS, EMS, Market connectivity components to in-house applications.

- On boarding clients on FIX platform via vendors Ullink, Bloomberg, Tora, Thomson Reuters(Autex), NYFIX, Fidessa, SunGard, ITG, Flex trade, EzeCastle, Trading Screen, Charles River Development.

- Proven skills for leadership and mentorship. Directly managing a team of 3 locally.

- Adequate understanding of networking concepts required in a support role.

Skills :

- Knowledge of Trading Platforms, Middle-office, Back-office platforms

- Strong presentation development and communication skills

- Strong and demonstrable in Banking & Financial Services Domain experience

- Experienced in business process development and improvement

- Advanced-Expert level user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

- Hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge with tools like Ticketing system and issue tracking system.

Experience :

- Relevant experience in business analysis and statistics.

- Should be from the broking industry.

- Proven proactive problem solver; identifying efficiencies, problem areas and potential improvements supporting key business objectives.

- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
