www.fitgo.in is India's first and only diet plans services company founded by BITS Pilani Alumni. We are into healthtech space and are trying to bridge the gap between demand and availablity of experts' recommended diet/meal plans. No matter what your weight-loss or body building goals, our end-to-end service from dietitian/trainer consultation to portion-controlled meal deliveries can help you achieve them.

We're a small, highly motivated team of BITS Pilani graduates. We have a collective experience in e-commerce, on-demand businesses, market intelligence and analytics . We're tackling a huge market opportunity and are looking for awesome and talented folks to join the team.

Profile/responsibilities:

Manager/AVP/VP- Core Team Member

- We are looking for a candidate who would play a strong strategy, marketing and operations role in the growth phase of the company's product. The individual will work closely with the Founders and should be open to new venture ambiguity and rigor.

- The role provides a fascinating opportunity to bring in multi-disciplinary perspectives and varied skills to help create something truly different for the web in India.

- As a very early stage venture, you'll get a chance to be involved in conceiving our product offerings from drawing board up and developing outreach and business development channels from scratch.

- Experience in a mix of sales, business development, marketing, operations, resource planning, customer management, vendor management, procurement, category management and other such allied functions is preferred by we are open to evaluate fresher profiles as well.

- Part of the core team, the individual will identify segments, gauge trends, form/ implement strategies, establish processes, and solve problems in a fast paced environment.

- Likely to grow into a very senior management role, the individual will get all support to build and drive cross functional team(s) at a very early stage.

Remuneration : Only equity based remuneration for now. Candidates expecting cash compensation need not apply.
