Profile:

We are looking for Assistant Manager/Manager- Sales & Marketing

- Detail oriented and analytical driven individual who will Build the Sales team preparing for sales strategy, shape, and execute it. As a part of the function you will provide internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

- The job requires you to perform daily, weekly or monthly analysis of business data and report findings along with areas where you identify room for improvement publish the final report-out on a timely basis

- Giving business inputs basis the data for decision making purposes

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirement, operationalize the framework by pulling data, process and Monitoring and reporting progress of sales performance, new initiatives, final program analysis, and understand the business in-depth and execute projects across functions which will result in a strategic

- Take part in the annual budgeting exercise and Co-ordinate key Internal stakeholders as per requirements.

Skills / Qualification / Experience:

- Proficient in MS Excel tools and techniques (Pivot/Lookups/Graphs), My SQL, MS PowerPoint

- Knowledge and experience of data manipulation tools and techniques, data cleansing, validation and formatting

- Experience in reporting writing and presentation to senior management on a technical and non-technical level

- Strong communication skills to interact with functional heads for seamless feedback

- Possess good reasoning and analytical skills

- Able to work and deliver under tight timelines.

Salary Range: 10-20 LPA
