FitBudd is the easiest way for fitness trainers to launch their own fitness app on iOS and Android and grow their fitness business. Personal trainers can now create their own tailored workouts, meal plans, and track progress for their clients. Also, trainers can customize digital in-app experiences to be unique for their clients. Features include stylized branding, personalized videos, chat, schedules, and the ability to build an extensive workout library. The routines, messages, documents, and photos can be stored and maintained in a single platform for all the clients.
Job Description:
Product Management - As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our team by hiring a Product Marketing Manager. This role is crucial in driving awareness and adoption of our platform, translating product features into clear benefits for our users, and aligning our marketing strategies with business goals. If you're passionate about blending product knowledge with strategic marketing and want to be part of a fast-growing company in the fitness tech space, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Boost Retention: Drive initiatives to lead new trainers on the platform towards product activation milestones through personalized Onboarding journeys, product-driven nudges, and upsell to Power Users.
- Help Trainers Grow their Business with FitBudd: Drive Community, webinars on how Trainers can create quality Fitness content and sell online through their App.
- Prevent and Reverse Churn: Develop and implement predictive models to identify at-risk Trainers and create strategies to re-engage churned users effectively.
- Enhance In-App Engagement: Leverage data and behavioral insights to deliver dynamic nudges and personalized recommendations, encouraging key actions like improving Trainer session activity.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with tech, design, data, and business teams to align on goals, ensure seamless execution, and deliver a cohesive experience to Trainers.
Requirements:
- Retention and Engagement Expertise: 2+ years of experience as a PM with 1+ years in driving retention and engagement for high-value users in a tech-first product environment (SMB SaaS experience is a plus).
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach to identify trends, predict churn, and measure the success of interventions.
- Experience with Dynamic Interventions: Hands-on knowledge of implementing personalized nudges, recommendations, and behavioral triggers.
- User-Centric Problem Solving: Passion for understanding user needs, particularly creators, and crafting solutions that resonate with them.
- Experimentation Mindset: Comfortable designing, running, and iterating on experiments to test hypotheses and deliver measurable results.
- Scalability Focus: Demonstrated ability to design systems and features that grow with user needs and platform expansion.
