- Define and prioritize the features of the application
- Adjust the features and priority as needed after each sprint or iteration
- Keep stakeholders apprised of status and getting their feedback
- Solid understanding of users, the market place, competition and of future trends for the domain or type of system being developed.
- Own key aspects of the roadmap (including, but not limited to, feature prioritization, release scoping and planning, requirements definition, and financial justification) and ensure alignment across teams, business unit, and enterprise strategy.
- Create business cases, market requirements documents, and financial proformas to sell product initiatives and enhancements to executive team. Partner with other product managers and cross-functional teams (including risk, legal, engineering, finance, design, marketing, etc.) to identify, document and evaluate product requirements, roadmaps, and proformas.
- Work with the Product Manager and project management office (PMO) to break the annual roadmap into a project plan with milestones so you deliver products and features on time and on budget.
- Distill annual roadmaps into requirements and then prioritized sprints.
- Communicate the product strategy and value proposition to peers and team members
- Communicate effectively to ensure internal stakeholder expectations are set correctly.

Required Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Related Experience:
- Min 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or other Product Delivery roles
- Experience in consumer-facing mobile product management
- Experience in financial services and/or fin tech strongly preferred
Additional Skills/Knowledge :
- Experience with the Pragmatic Marketing framework and Agile SDLC preferred
Travel Required :
- 20% travel
