FIS Global - Static Data Analyst

Looking for Static Data Analyst 2-12 Yrs 

Manage the static setup within in scope systems based on agreed SLA Targets with our clients

- Analyze and understand short and medium term targets within the static function to ensure adherence to SLAs and appropriate support to the client

- Work with utility management and Barclays stakeholders to ensure that SLA breaches are closed out in a timely fashion

- Compile reporting to key process stakeholders around the static function

Change Management:

- Proactively identify areas for performance and control improvements

- Constantly analyse productivity/output to identify potential enhancements or cost savings

- Articulate business cases to management/change/IT to execute and deliver on suggested improvements

- Guide/encourage team to propose solutions and take ownership of changes

- Understands the GMI end to end flow and articulates client requirements clearly

- Feed into Functional Requirements documents in respect to GMI static data

 Client Service:

 - Build strong relationships with all Barclays stakeholders

- Co-ordinate timely response and resolution of all queries from Barclays

- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all deliverables to Barclays stakeholders

- Provide constant feedback to Barclays stakeholders to improve our service offering

 Risk Management :

- Monitor controls and checks associated with tasks in SOPs

- Constantly analyse all activities to close potential risks, gaps and implement preventative/detective controls

- Ensure timely escalations in the event of a risk incident or whenever management attention is needed on a potential issue

- Experience with at least 2-10 Years managing a GMI Futures static data function

- Detailed SME knowledge and understanding of GMI and how static data interacts in the system; Clearvision knowledge would be good but not essential

- Front to back understanding of the static function, upstream dependencies and how it impacts processes downstream around clearing, margin and brokerage, so that complex queries can be addressed accurately and in a timely manner

- Detailed knowledge and understanding of exchange traded derivatives (Futures) and preferably OTC products as well

- High attention to detail and quality of outputs delivered

- Manage multiple simultaneous deliveries to tight deadlines
