Courseplay is an HR tech platform, serving over 400k learners worldwide, based out of Mumbai, India. Our core product is an employee experience platform that marries learning with employee growth for leading companies around the world. We are disrupting the HR-tech market by an AI-powered ecosystem for employee experience, talent development and learning adoption.

Responsibilities (Non-exhaustive):

- Execute strategies for customer acquisition, demand generation and product-market fit

- Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts

- Deliver in-person and online pitches to customers and share success stories with leads

- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients

- Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers

- Provide team with the coaching, resources, incentives and training needed to meet targets

- Develop partnerships and alliances and build the Courseplay brand

- Help in creating marketing content, including promotional material and case studies

- Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and expos

- Collaborate with other departments to drive larger sales and opportunities

- Reporting key metrics, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting

- Meet assigned targets for profitability, market share, and other key metrics

- Assist in talent acquisition, development and retention for the sales team

- Develop a culture of accountability, growth, performance, and loyalty

- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Qualifications :

- Master's Degree from a top institution

- 8+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales in India, Southeast Asia or Middle East

- 3+ years' of sales leadership or corporate learning experience

Skills :

- Strong leadership skills

- Understanding of the market, features, competition, customer segment

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Great pipeline reporting, strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills

- Proven track record of improving sales performance and upselling to existing clients

- Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and other technology products

- Should be able to travel to meet clients as required
