We are looking for an Enterprise Salesperson for our enterprise learning and performance automation platform, Courseplay.
Job Description:
- Hire, train and manage your own sales and business development team
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Meet senior executives and CXOs and build your own network
- Provide Courseplay training to clients
- Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure they are happy
- Create case- studies of client success stories
- Build global channel partners
- Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Make Courseplay the default choice for any enterprise evaluating a learning, engagement and performance automation solution
Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the qualities below:
- Experience in selling IT or SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel
- Be comfortable working with numbers
- Analyzing, calculating and reasoning a situation effectively
- Establishing credibility and being decisive
- Getting along with diverse personalities easily
- Handling deadlines and responsibility
- Possessing a sharp eye for detail
- Possessing superior presentation skills
- Speaking and writing clearly and correctly
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously
- Positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Some travel required
Work Experience: Minimum 4 years
Experience with LMS, B2B, SaaS, IT, cloud, enterprise software, e- learning companies preferred
