Purpose of the role:
The role is responsible for aligning the rewards practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy. They are responsible for developing and updating job descriptions, designing compensation and benefits programs, conducting job analysis & job evaluations, determining an appropriate salary structure, establishing salary ranges for each grade, managing annual salary revision exercises, analysis of positioning & budget development, developing a salary administration policy, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, as necessary.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal pay parity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company's compensation philosophy
- Will principally be focused on India based roles/ employees and act as a primary contact for BPs and Recruiting partners, while also working closely with global colleagues
- Experience managing Short Term Incentive & Long Term Incentive (STI & LTI)
- Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives
- Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
- Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.
- Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure compensation objectives are achieved.
- Ensures compliance with state and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Review & assesses efficiency of internal / external procedures and processes.
- Maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
- Ad hoc analysis and additional duties as required.
Reporting Structure:
- The role will report to Global Lead - Total Rewards
Position Qualification:
- Post Graduate in MBA / PGDM having 7 to 10 years of related work experience including working knowledge of compliance regulations with labour laws of India
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven process and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
