Job Description - Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager Marketing is responsible for providing strategic marketing support to the HPHS Business. This role will have an understanding of data-driven content, branding, and omni-channel marketing with experience in marketing strategy, content creation and campaign development.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating and managing content, and campaigns within a B2B environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Planning, coordinating, and maintaining marketing activities to ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and company goals

- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, brochures, articles, and newsletters.

- Collaborating on website design and management

- Assisting in comprehensive management of marketing campaigns and events, both physical and virtual

- Effectively work with various internal partners (business line partners, design and other marketing resources) and external agencies as needed to create and support integrated marketing plans.

- Support inbound marketing efforts and collaborate with Sales to increase lead gen

- Regularly measuring the effectiveness of content marketing and campaigns

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

- Demonstrated ability to deliver B2B marketing content with proven results in the Healthcare/IT Software/IT Services industry

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Time management, prioritization, organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

- Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to managers and coordinating with vendors as necessary.

- Ability to work independently & collaboratively

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing in Healthcare or IT Services

- Experience building content marketing assets (case studies, articles, white papers, testimonials, etc.)

- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization strategies and tactics

- Experience coordinating multiple complex projects from conception to completion
